Editing LanguageBook Metadata

Both Correlation Language administrators and Language Book administrators can edit the metadata for languages in Master Data.

1. On the left-side, click the Browse () icon, then click Domain, then Master Data, then LanguageBook Data.

2. Search for the language using one of the methods below.
• If desired, on the right, click the gear () icon to change the column headers (or metadata) to view in the folder content. Check or un-check the items you want to view and click Close.
• You can click a column arrow () to resort the list in either ascending or descending order.
• To filter the list, click a column header and enter the information to filter by. For example, for Name, enter the name of the language, such as "Spanish." Only assets with “Spanish” in the name will be displayed.
3. Select a language to view the details.
4. At the top right, click the Edit Document () icon.
5. Scroll through the metadata fields and add or correct, as needed. Then click Save.
